Cool the loaf in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then carefully remove it from the pan to cool completely.

  • While the bread is cooling, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, fresh lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps. Drizzle the glaze generously over the warm (or cooled) bread. Allow the bread to cool completely on the wire rack for the glaze to set.
