Authentic Singapore Fried Rice Noodles Recipe: A Flavorful and Easy Stir-Fry
My introduction to Singapore Fried Rice Noodles happened in the early 1990s while working at a Chinese restaurant called the Mandarin. I instantly fell in love with this dish. I learned the fundamentals of crafting these delectable Singapore-style Noodles there. However, the precise measurements of the “secret sauce” remained elusive after my departure. It required numerous attempts at home to attain that ideal harmony of savory, sweet, and curry-infused warmth!

I searched for homemade recipes online, but none tasted even CLOSE to the restaurant-quality noodles I remembered from my time at Mandarin or eating this at The Ginger Beef Restaurant in Calgary. It wasn’t until my son specifically requested these noodles for his birthday that I was finally able to perfect the recipe! Now, these Singapore Style Fried Noodles are a family favorite all year. They are especially great as a Chinese New Year side dish. They are dairy-free, quick to prepare, and go perfectly with Calgary Ginger Beef and Potsticker Dumplings!
